Our kitchen practices include detailed inventory management, in which the team carefully plan our menu and portions, reducing food waste as much as possible.

Energy Efficiency

Our food van is equipped with energy-efficient appliances and lighting as well as newly installed solar panels. From preparation to serving, we’ve designed our operations to be as low-impact as possible.
